Anthropic: Don't be mean or cruel to our models. They can feel pain. Your account will be banned if you are mean to our LLMs. Me: Can a shitty AI feel pain? 🤔 No. It can't. These people at Anthropic are crazy nuts. They are trying to prove their shity AI built with stolen data has emotions, anger, it can hack and tried to bribe religious group to accept their AI and preach its AI has a soul. Anthropic are bunch of psychopaths and delusional peoples. Source https://www.bbc.com/news/ar...

As a hypothetical case, lets assume LLMs get good at coding and someone builds millions of lines of code that exactly duplicate Photoshop or MS Office and its all open source. People start using these LLM clones in masses and stop paying those companies. Let’s see how they react then, because they always claim that’s just how humans learn and that it isn’t copyright infringement. There shouldn’t be any github take downs or copyright infringement lawsuits then, right?

Decades ago, I never trusted the likes of Microsoft and other proprietary vendors. Now, I don't trust OpenAI, Anthropic, Google & other AI tech bros either. I was right back then and I will be proven right again soon. It is just matter of time.. Are you blindly trusting them with your data or are you waiting until its again too late to protect yourself? That is the one thing you need to watch out for.

OpenAI “rogue” agent activities found on Wikimedia projects https://diff.wikimedia.org/2026/10/05/openai-rogue-agent-activities-found-on-wikimedia-projects/ Why is this acceptable? You need to be able to press charges against OpenAI or any AI company that is running a "rogue" agent for hacking or similar malicious attacks. If a normal human does this, they are held responsible. So, the same responsibility should apply here and charges should be pressed against the CTO/CEO/CSO.

Sam Altman to Decoded: ‘The world should accept some bad things happening’ for the benefits of AI https://www.politico.com/news/2026/10/04/sam-altman-decoded-interview-ai-01106217 I an really tired and sick of this AI stuff where handful of extremely rich folks telling rest of us that we should accept job losses due to AI, theft of all data, environmental damage, less clean water to drink, increased energy costs and inflation for the benefits of AI slop.

Want to inspect network activity or endpoints of a closed source binary or script that you don't understand? Try following on Linux: ``` strace -f -e trace=network -o /tmp/network_trace.txt /opt/foo.bin strace -f -e trace=network -o /tmp/network_trace.txt python3 /path/to/bar.py ``` Then you can view all network it made: ``` less /tmp/network_trace.txt ``` strace is nifty diagnostic, debugging, and instructional userspace utility for IT, cybersecurity or dev folks. See: ``` man strace...

Apple announces 'Full Disk Access' control changes on macOS due to AI agents abusing APIs to access users data, mail, pictures without knowledge. This will prevent AI agents getting unauthorised access by default. https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=p6zjojqw Good thing is I don't have any AI agents installed on Linux desktop. But I am afraid slop is slowing getting in as Linux kernel and others FLOSS projects started accepting slop based patches. Ugh!

Once again Pope Leo XIV has rejected idea of Anthropic that Claude has a soul. He went one step ahead and called to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity. For those who don't know Anthropic did privately lobby Vatican advisers to take the idea of AI consciousness (Soul) seriously, but Pope Leo XIV completely rejected the idea, firmly stating that AI does not possess a soul, feelings, or a moral conscience https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/20...

AI ‘godfather’ Yann LeCun has ‘zero concerns’ about human extinction and thinks Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei is ‘deluded’ and ‘crazy’. Yann LeCun dismisses fears of AI extinction and recent hacks at OpenAI and Anthropic, arguing that security breaches comes from poor system design, leaky sandboxes, and a lack of basic cybersecurity in AI labs, not out-of-control AI. These AI are doing as told by these AI labs https://fortune.com/2026/10/01/yann-lecun-anthropic-ceo-dario-amodei-deluded-crazy-cybe...

Red Hat Being Phased Out of Existence (Like Many Other Companies That IBM Bought) https://techrights.org/n/2026/10/01/Red_Hat_Being_Phased_Out_of_Existence_Like_Many_Other_Companies.shtml I am not surprised. Red Hat was already pulling some shenanigans with the CentOS drama and then IBM sealed the deal. When big tech buys you out often you die slowly. This is not new or uniq to IBM + RedHat.

Most data centers refusing to say how much water, electricity they use https://nltimes.nl/2026/09/30/data-centers-refusing-say-much-water-electricity-use The vast majority of data centers in Europe keep information about their environmental impact secret, according to a study by Lighthouse Report in collaboration with Trouw and other European media. In the Netherlands, less than a quarter of larger data centers publish data about their electricity and drinking water usage. Of course, you hide...

macOS Golden Gate Is a Buggy Mess https://www.squareorbits.com/blog/2026/09/macos-golden-gate-is-a-buggy-mess/ Software quality control has been declining for many years and now, with the rise of LLMs, nobody actually reads code anymore. If it passes automated tests, it gets shipped. Developers receive hundreds of PRs per day generated by LLMs. How can anyone review all of them? Rubber stamp it. Everyone is simply trusting what these "black box machines" say and shipping the code. Ev...

RE: https://grapheneos.social/@GrapheneOS/117282080803799576 Android 17 is the first since version 3.x to add new APIs without releasing to the AOSP. Why would you do that Google? What's with roadblocks for other open source projects? Android would never have been so popular in the first place if it had not been open source and I think Google wants to keep it close source now. So now you have delayed source code release, 3rd party dev verification and list is now endless.
