No. It can't. These people at Anthropic are crazy nuts. They are trying to prove their shity AI built with stolen data has emotions, anger, it can hack and tried to bribe religious group to accept their AI and preach its AI has a soul.
Anthropic are bunch of psychopaths and delusional peoples.
