My name is Islam, and I am a mother of three living in Gaza.✌️✌️🇸🇩🇸🇩 Every day, I fight a battle no mother should ever have to face. My children look to me for food, water, and safety, yet often, I have nothing to offer them but promises that tomorrow might be better. The hardest part is watching your children grow up surrounded by fear, hunger, and uncertainty. As a mother, nothing hurts more than seeing your child ask for something as simple as a meal or clean water, knowing you cannot always provide it. Despite everything, I refuse to give up on my family. I will keep fighting for my children as long as I breathe. But today, I cannot do it alone. Please, if you can, help us. Lucy, a Small Soul Trying to Survive in Gaza 🐾🤍 In Gaza, suffering does not belong to humans alone. The war has also left countless animals struggling to survive—without safe shelter, enough food, clean water, or access to veterinary care. Among them is our beloved cat, Lucy. 🐱 Lucy lives with us inside our simple tent. She is not just a pet; she is part of our family. She shares our fear, our hunger, and the uncertainty of each day. Yet despite everything around her, she still brings a little warmth and innocence into our difficult lives. Lucy needs proper food, medical care, and important vaccinations. But with our loss of income and the overwhelming needs of our family, I can no longer provide everything she needs on my own. She, too, is a victim of these circumstances.
