By the way, if you're interested to know which local models can run on your system (based on hardware specs), someone on bluesky linked to https://github.com/AlexsJones/llmfit which is a TUI that gives you a list and recommended use case.
Here is what it shows on one of my lab macs:

Hey folks, @tootsdk@iosdev.space 22.0 has been released with support for API 10 (Mastodon 4.6).
If you notice problems or something broken, please don't hesitate to @ me or open an issue at https://github.com/TootSDK/TootSDK
Full list of changes is available here: https://github.com/TootSDK/TootSDK/pull/404
I've also extended the swiftyadmin example with CLI commands around most endpoints

Always check who made and delivered the stuff you're installing. Even if it's just an app for your phone or from a marketplace or some repo. Think of apps as people you invite into your home.

Someone here is wondering why all the commotion in this early hour, especially after a night full of play and adventures
While cleaning some old backups, I stumbled on almost 1GB of scanned notes from my first year in uni ... this has been zipped for almost 20 years which means I own an entire archive of written things no AI has never seen or scraped :D

Yey! Just last week I was checking them out 😍. That's where my Proton and iCloud mailboxes will go.

Our new Amsterdam servers are live. The EU can now be the primary home for Fastmail data, and like our US locations, it's our own hardware, racked and run by our own people. Nothing rented from a big cloud provider.
Already a customer? Switch regions in your settings. Thinking about it? You choose your region at signup.
Our CEO Bron's post walks through exactly what lives where, because we figure you'd read the fine print anyway.

Binged Star City Season 1 and I think you should too. It’s very well made and apart from everyone speaking English, it definitely gets that “soviet texture” from those days.

@mahryekuh@hachyderm.io but you know yesterday, we (BE) had a moment when the price jumped from 11€ to 550€ / MWh because of the heatwave. “hitzeflaute” 😂. It’s the month of the solar panels 😂

@mahryekuh@hachyderm.io @Vivaldi@social.vivaldi.net Page actions are brilliant!!
Also extra fun trivia - they can be used in custom command chains (which themselves can be pinned to any of the toolbars for quick access)! 🤩
A leap second, in this economy ?!

@dale_price@mastodon.online I think they’re just fragments of HTML (they don’t have an origin) like content. So a renderer would inject them into a template of sorts and also needs to sanitise them.
