I think you will find that, historically, Musk has been inaccurate in almost every promise or prediction he ever made.
[I like to remind everyone that the linguistic origin of the word ‘Musk’ means ‘testicle’].

In the article it mentions that "French authorities in 2020 arrested [another] modelling agent Jean-Luc Brunel after allegations he procured women for the US billionaire. He was found dead in prison in 2022.
Epstein died in prison in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking."
Anyone notice that 'very powerful' people would be harmed by their accounts of events... could there be a pattern?

Is it so difficult?

Really interesting. Also deeply shaming that USA press ignore stories of eco-restoration, so you need to read this in the Times of India.

Nice One !!! I play tuba, and have been told the lips of brass band players are better for kissing - but my sell-by date has long gone...

@cstross@wandering.shop 250 years is not so long. My gran’s birthday was 4th July so we always celebrated. She almost made it to her 100th; today we celebrated that she would have been 139 today.
That is well over half the total duration of the USA’s 250 - a pretty young country.
We can hope that as the USA grows up, it will learn how to be civil & civilised.

@StevePeers@mas.to In the first (winners) speech on election day, one of the first things he said was to reassure LGTBQ+ people that they are real, equal people in society.
Incidentally, every public news channel (under direct control of Orban, with advice from putin's agents) had been broadcasting that Peter Magyar is gay [complete rubbish, but had the desired effect that older/uneducated/racist voters were against him].

UPDATE: The post was a mistake, and apologised for. There is no such "pushing of AI" by Proton, it was a misunderstanding.
It is extremely unfortunate that @Tutoneto@mastodon.la chose to boost this as part of their Negative-Advertising against @protonprivacy@mastodon.social
Personally, I am strongly against the use of negative-advertising; it is the domain of the far right parties so it causes a knee-jerk reaction when I see it (especially when it is not based on truth).

@Guillotine_Jones@beige.party OK - You posted that Proton was pushing AI - and Tuta foolishly picked it up and reposted as negative advertising (to which I very object strongly, it is a trump-approach). As far as I can tell, you fabricated and unfairly blamed Jen.
Unless I have misunderstood, this is very unpleasant of you and needs to be reported, unless you post a retraction of course.

@georgetakei@universeodon.com In Hungary, the corrupt mega-wealth of those close to Orban is so transparent that his daughter and son-in-law were sent to USA to stay for weeks around the election time, to reduce the impact of the list of properties owned by them (it is pages long, and that is just the hotels with >200 rooms and similar value properties).
The public listing was helpful to make people realise the level of corruption. So USA- keep publishing what the tRump family own!

So if you think your wife would believe you spend your days praying, working and helping old ladies across the road, then maybe that is what the AI will claim.

@JackMexa4@mastodon.social @eunews@mastodon.social Yes, Orban's gerrymandering was extreme, with redrawn voting areas designed to minimise losses. But the massive movement against him meant virtually all election zones were still lost to Tisza (the seats in parliament of Fidesz are mainly from the proportional votes).
