丰子恺把源氏物语里面的裤子全都误以为是裙子了。实在是……（估计因为他只见过行灯袴吧。） 历史上这一大堆怎么可能是裙子呢， 明明是裤子…… （另外，感叹一下，院政时期开始，好衣服就是要上浆（简直浆得像气球似的）

丰子恺译本的源氏物语，一个很大的翻译错误是“中国式”遍地都是（这个即使是古早也有人指出来过），“唐”当然不能等同于“中国”，日语里面“唐”与“韩”是通用的，经常用来泛指日本以外的国家（日本历史上的文献里，也有诸如“唐”用来指爪哇越南以及西洋的例子。） “唐”在这部小说里的一些语境下，其实翻译成“异域风的”“外来样式的”“花哨的”“华丽的”更合适。 还有就是裤子啊，小说里的裤子全被当成裙子了…… 还有就是译本对原作中一些描写的弱化。在当代，即使是官能杂志的老男编辑，也会说，“光华非常恶劣地强暴了可爱的若紫”（エロスの記憶）。可是，简中的一些读者却不容易看出来这一点，这的确成为了一个问题。 我一直觉得光华就是个家世皮相好的西门庆。 源氏物语是架空小说（比如完全没有出现过关白），某些人理解成“当时完全就是这样”是不合适的。 还有就是，对于葵的死，如果简单理解成“女人的死让男人悔恨俗套肥皂剧”，只能说这种人看什么都像高中生作文，我个人理解的是，这件事是光华初次见识”业力“与”无常“，但是他没有参悟，反而一头扎进了尘世，但是模糊的恐惧感也没有离开过他。
