This is my opinion and my way of doing #programming
I have a distaste for Modern #IDE like #VSCode, #Antigravity etc,.
There is literally not much screen real estate for typing code, IOW the source code editor.
This is distracting to a large extent for me.
Also, it is not that, I don't use #AI - but the implementation of these Agentic assistant or chat into the IDEs is bloated and on an another level distraction to me.
In a nutshell, I just use it in the browser if I want some knowledge gathering from AI tools.
And when it comes to editing, I rely on #Vim and I've been doing this for an year or so moving away from IDE and it works well.

Pascar is a recreation of MS DOS #Editor in the browser. It is offline-first and portable.
One of my friends started using it as a portable editor. Posting this to see if somebody finds this useful.

Is there any way I can avoid #Electron in order to build this that is cross-platform?
As far as my research goes Tauri with #Rust and Wails with #Golang seems to accept only one WebView per window. I think GTK as well.
For now, I know Golang and C. I'd like to stick to this as much as possible.
I need to start somewhere, but I don't know what are the options that I have.
