@camilla_hoel@hcommons.social OMG. And pockets! Masterful! 😍

@mattblaze@federate.social Yeah, can we please amplify the message that providing cryptic, inscrutable Terms & Conditions should be evaluated as equivalent to providing none, from a legal perspective? They need to cover every eventuality — I do get it — but if you can't figure something out like how your data will be used, after reading for thirty seconds or so, that is on the author of the document; not the reader. In terms of data protection principles, that _is_ transparency.

@fullywoolly@mastodon.social @joeinwynnewood@mstdn.social @jcrabapple@dmv.community Huh, cheers: I'll track down the full speech. 👍

@brh@metalhead.club Ooo! Nice. I'll check it out! :) #newmusic

@brh@metalhead.club huh, haven't read this one. Great excuse to read the whole series once again! :)

@djwfyi@fosstodon.org You're almost as far as I ever got. :) Get this: I finished Book 7, and _pre-ordered_ Book 8(!). By the time it was published, I'd lost interest. Over the years, I've only made it back as far as Book 4, since. No spoilers from me, but I'll be very interested to hear your take on the series, and Book 6 in particular. I will say that I've read The Eye of the World at least three times now, and consider it to be an excellent standalone story. :) #bookstodon

@QasimRashid@mastodon.social Taking into account all the (very valid, from what I read) feedback you've received to date, I'll add, entirely anecdotally, that I myself was raped by a man, and, in my half century on the planet, have known no one who was falsely accused of rape (to the best of my knowledge).

@bright_helpings@mspsocial.net Thank you. Really hoped this would be normalised by now. :/ #visualimpairment #disability #inclusion
