Hi folks! A friend of mine has a fedi instance running GoToSocial
0.22.1-SNAPSHOT+git-d008c30 and seems like he is having federation issues. Me (running sharkey-dev) and him has the same set of relays but the federated timeline of his instance is less active than mine.
Is there any thing that causes this? He also said that this also happens on their old instances (Sharkey, and Iceshrimp.NET). Thanks! (boosts apprciated!)

i also decommissioned my oracle vps but left some services and ran aoderelay on it so oracle won't kill it
