I got both my covid and flu vaccines yesterday and, while incredibly necessary, I slept like SHIT, as recorded in Pokémon Sleep. I was tossing and turning so much my watch didn't register it as anything restful.
Please get your vaccines if you're able! I'm immunocompromised and lean on herd immunity!

My first custom ship build in No Man's Sky! This is "Starburst Sunset Dream", a solar ship. I camped out at a few different outlaw stations for the parts. She's so pretty :3

Dear health providers: If you tell me to list all my medications but you only give me a small text box to do it, you do not have any idea about some disabled patients. I am on like 15 prescriptions (some daily, some as needed) and two supplements. Where do you want me to put that exactly.

I have at least one doctor's appointment per week for the next month an a half - all different specialties - and one procedure and the follow up for that procedure later the same week. Sometimes it just works out that way. I'm not upset, just existentially exhausted.
