@SmudgeTheInsultCat I remember we had "smart home" stuff back in the 90s, it was all hard wired to our own server in the basement and had no outside access whatsoever. I finally got sick of them, cancelled every damn thing, and moved to Proton.

I had an issue with Proton, contacted support, and here comes the bot, but...

It takes the basic information, realizes the help I need is beyond what a bot is capable of doing, then creates a support ticket telling me a human representative will get back to h shortly.

This should be MANDATORY behavior if you use "AI" for support, not getting confused and spamming me with FAQ pages I already read.
