  I've heard about fake/substitute interview candidates being a thing, but I've now seen it with my own eyes. It was a real trip... HR gives us the candidate's picture from the pre-screen, and it was very obviously not the same person. I snapped a screenshot and DM'd the recruiter but they didn't respond right away. So I went ahead with the interview, second guessing myself the entire time until recruiter was able to confirm (and join me in bewilderment)....

  @webology have you looked at crit, https://crit.md/? Seems like it’s going to fill a void in my remote agentic workflow, in that I find it difficult to review WIP and give feedback to iterate on. Looks like I can have it serve crit's review UI over tailscale serve and then inline comment from other machine/tablet/phone's browser to pass back to the agent.

  My favorite agentic coding trick of the week: handing Codex or Claude an android app package (downloaded from https://apkpure.com/) and asking it to inspect the build for undocumented APIs. This works significantly faster, and is more complete, than my previous method of doing an iPhone traffic capture with mitmproxy and feeding that output to the model I now have several things brewing to add to our family dashboard. The start of the school year reminds me how many disparate systems there are...
