My favorite agentic coding trick of the week: handing Codex or Claude an android app package (downloaded from https://apkpure.com/) and asking it to inspect the build for undocumented APIs. This works significantly faster, and is more complete, than my previous method of doing an iPhone traffic capture with mitmproxy and feeding that output to the model I now have several things brewing to add to our family dashboard. The start of the school year reminds me how many disparate systems there are, each with their own lackluster user interface. But now I have the tools to easily bring it all together.
