  Morning folks. I'm running one of the @Weirdos_Queerdos DnD sessions today and thankfully, I am not feeling rough after my vaccinations yesterday. I am doing half an hour on a bus to get there though (it is 7 mins away by car...) in a wheelchair whose brakes are not bus safe.

  Hi, I am about to have a meltdown because there has been changes of plans today and I was wearing tights to go with my spooky dress but the tights felt very distressing and that made everything else feel too overwhelming so I have had to take them off and change to try and reduce the overwhelm. As an aside I'm struggling to get an autism diagnosis... #ActuallyAutistic

It's a wheatie (microwaveable heat pad) that I can put all along my spine and tie it, or around my stomach and tie it. And I made it all myself!!! Also my sewing machine is fixed.   I am so unwell I have napped. Unheard of apart from when I had glandular fever as a teen and flu in my early 20s. I can usually barely sleep at night in optimum conditions, let alone nap. Tested negative for COVID yesterday. Will test again this evening cos I have The Fear. But I think it's likely just a cold and my fucked body can't fight it.
