@ascentale@sfba.social @theantlady@flipping.rocks @bikenite@fedigroups.social A8: I was traveling to Colorado last week and my Peak Design luggage zipper broke so I checked with them and they said to bring it to them so I was riding my bike with my luggage in one arm and someone yelled at me thinking it was full and that they were impressed but it was empty of course so it wasn't that heavy. It was the first customer service situation I've had with Peak Design and they just gave me a brand new one to swap out which is shown here next to my bike as I got ready to ride home with it #BikeNite
