  @enobacon@urbanists.social @ascentale@sfba.social @theantlady@flipping.rocks that side handle that's facing upwards there is how i carried it with my right hand so the luggage was on the right side of my bike and I used my left hand to steer and brake. I know the route well and there was a slight uphill and then a pretty steady downhill but on a separated street from the main traffic. I actually crossed the dangerous intersection where I had once been hit by a car and knocked unconscious to take this little side path down to another protected bike path to get home so most of it was pretty safe. No stops aside from red lights or stop signs and to dismount I didn't do that until I was in my garage at home
