@obrhoff@mastodon.social Have you ever lead a team of software developers? Do you read all of their code? Do you have systems and processes in place so that you can disseminate your judgement and rely on their less capable judgement without you having to micromanage all of them? Tough to see the difference.

@obrhoff@mastodon.social I wouldn’t frame it as a condition of being able to take advantage of the bots. On projects where vibe coding is preferred, the quality controls need to be defined at a level where it makes sense like end to end tests, profiling, performance metrics user testing etc. Reading thousands of lines of slop (and staying sane) is just not feasible. PS I have no idea who uncle bob martin is - I was never that good with “ keeping up with the kardashians” tech bro edition 😂
