@board 友友们，我最近感觉到很焦虑，脑子里感觉有上百件事要干，总是分心去干另一件事，然后又另一件事，也像是刷手机，刷完一个帖继续刷，刷完一个软件刷其他。好困扰，感觉自己一直处于一个紧张和兴奋的状态，不断地在做事，但是我没有任何满足和平静的感觉，也没有觉得觉得自己处理完了很多的事，有的只是无尽的懊悔，时间怎么过得这么快，怎么每天都这么晚睡和晚起，好想当早起鸟。感觉陷入了一种恶性循环中，好想可以专注起来，好想可以偶尔停歇片刻，脑子这几天真的严重过载。 有友友可以告诉我一些简单的方法来打破循环和让我能够专注吗？我现在在努力尝试去进行正念冥想，但每一次都感觉很艰辛，无法停下手中在刷的手机，总是觉得要找一个音频才能开始正念，最后是每次想起、想要尝试、被手机里的其他软件或事情吸引走注意力。555救救孩子
