If you ever wonder if Lance Armstrong is still an ahole or maybe he grew up, reflected on his life and his actions and became a better person? Nope, not at all, he might have even become a bigger douche bag. No Lance, you won nothing, the record books are correct, your only legacy is shame and disgrace. https://cyclingflash.com/news/greg-lemond-calls-out-armstrong-on-tour-record-lance-had-no-talent-he-found-it #cycling #tourdefrance #lancearmstrong #doping

Does anyone know if participants in the recent men’s Tour de France event were subject to intimate checks of any kind? Because if they were not, this is just more creepy misogyny and yet another reason women should change their athleticism and sporting habits away from international events. #Cycling #TourDeFrance #Rothar #Sexism #Misogyny Padded bra concerns brings scrutiny at Tour de France

I’m not into bicycling (if you saw me with my poor sense of balance on a bike, you’d understand why) and I’ve never watched the Tour de France. But I still really enjoyed this article. I had no idea the race was privately owned by Amaury Sport Organization, and had no idea cities paid to be on the route. https://www.nytimes.com/2026/07/24/business/tour-de-france-amaury-aso.html or https://archive.is/20260727153902/https://www.nytimes.com/2026/07/24/business/tour-de-france-amaury-aso.html#selection-8913.0-8913.294 Mr. Amaury ruminated about one of the offers he and his family had deflected, this one purportedly from a group of billionaires in Silicon Valley. “The Americans think everything is for sale,” he said. h/t @ai6yr#TourDeFrance
