7/7 La semaine TCL, panneau 7.
Au milieu dés années 70 voici la Part-Dieu, le quartier d'affaires de Lyon, avec sa gare et son centre commercial. Des escaliers et des passerelles en béton desservent les immeubles d'habitation. À droite la tour rouge cylindrique avec son toit pointu a immédiatement été surnommée "Le Crayon". C'est la première, il y en aura beaucoup d'autres.
