🔥The Kings Hall Methodist Church, in Southall (London). Built in 1916, left abandoned in 2013, and lost to a devastating fire in 2026. This place has now been erased, and only photos remain. The once top-secret abandoned bomb facility hidden in an old slate mine. Step inside the subterranean labyrinth of Llanberis Bomb Store, Wales. In the 1930s the slate quarry became a vast RAF munitions store. In January 1942, the roof collapsed burying 14,000 tonnes of bombs (14% of Britain's stock). 🌿Nature is a magical opportunist! When we abandon buildings or discard our machines, vegetation quickly colonises what we have left behind.
