Myth: AI should be built directly into the CMS core.
It may sound efficient to bake AI into the platform itself. But models evolve. Providers shift. Compliance requirements change. When AI is embedded deep in the core, adapting means waiting for the next release cycle.
At Umbraco, we value flexibility. That’s why we’re introducing AI as a modular, optional layer. Configure providers. Define behavior. Extend with packages. Adopt gradually.
Explore at umbraco.com/ai.
Deadline alert: You have until May 3rd to nominate your favorites for the Umbraco Package Awards! ⏱️🏆
