@roknrol @alice A few years ago I started having trouble breathing (a bad asthma attack, although at the time I didn’t know what it was as I didn’t know I had asthma). I took an Uber to the hospital, 8 minutes and US$15, instead of $1,000 for an ambulance and endless paperwork. American health care.

@Ninji@wuffs.org A different side of this. I don’t do sleep tracking although I did try it for a while a few years ago. Been getting up at the crack of dawn lately for the Olympics though, and have dozed off for an hour here and there in the evening. And sleep tracking’s started to give me dire warnings that I’m only sleeping an hour or two a night and how that can be really bad for my health LOL
