3 good things at local indie bookshop:
- Overheard a nice conversation in which local author has upcoming events and asked bookshop owner to run sales for autographs.
- I found a lovely used Robert Llewellyn book: Trees Up Close
- This book! Lessons from Cats for Surviving Fascism. (knock stuff off shelves 🐈 😻 🐈⬛️) #3goodthings
Three good things today:
- ordered rain barrel and Mr. Roof-and-Gutter approved and will install
- Better mood and more energy

@dlakelan@mastodon.sdf.org 2 dogs...lucky! And wait Oxy is a college and near places I used to visit! My mother was in Eagle Rock (go ahead say it in her British accent: Pasadena adjacent) and I went every year. Now our son lives in Koreatown (did MFA at LMU).
Three good things:
- I spotted an avocado under the car seat and it is perfectly ripe and part of lunch.
- Beautiful display at the library for migratory birds.
- Cats sleeping or playing quietly. #3goodthings
