Part of my brain says that bourbon chicken and noodles from #PeiWei the night before a blood test was not a good idea. Another, more rational part of my brain thinks that even if I had been eating only salads for a week, the effect in my blood markers would be minimal.

At my place, rebooting my home laptop because it's acting funky and slow. Wish I could do the same with my body.
Halfway between the PT place and home, a small shopping plaza with a Chipotle, Pei Wei, Panera and Starbucks... and a Coldstone. Guess dinner is not a problem.
I'm not keen on the idea of putting chips in human brains, but I have to admit that the idea of ctrl-alt-del'ing myself once in a while is appealing.

First physical therapy session done. They went gently to begin, but still my head, arms and legs hurt, but a different kind of pain than what I experience daily. Hope next week is easier... Going home now, earlier than expected.
