I saw some great #Inktober2026 for yesterday, this is what I’ve got for Apple. Don’t judge too much. :) lol. I figured I’d shared it out since I promised folks I would.

I’m actually very tempted to try this - I cannot draw very well, but it might be fun to do some chicken scratches for it, and make some ‘art’ :)

Our annual Inktober templates for Linea Sketch are available now and free to grab so you can start drawing early.
This year it feels especially important to be able to create something by hand. Even if you've never drawn before, there's never been a better time to give it a try! We can't wait to see what you dream up. ✍️

Pascal was fun, from what I remember. :)
Some great wisdom from Gus:
Greg Knauss Is Losing Himself:
"So I kept on making the software that I wanted to build, that I wanted to exist in this world. And though some months or years are rougher than others, people still were willing to pay for what I’m making. And that’s kept me going, and more importantly - employed"
"And I have discipline and I know how to ship. And in my experience, that’s what has always ... https://luciendupont.com/2026/02/28/some-great-wisdom-from-gus.html

@amyworrall Wow, ok pretty cool! And only a month! Now I’m super impressed!! I will dig up some pdfs to try it over the weekend.

@amyworrall btw, finally installing it today, and went through the onboarding.. looks really amazing! Super powerful it seems? I'd love to hear the backstory on why you decided to develop it. :)
@kaidombrowski @mercury Super nice!!
@Amy@iosdev.space I've seen this app @BookTracker@indieapps.space post a lot of interesting screenshots and info on the app, looks pretty nice to me.

@gedeonm@mastodon.social My mom sent my wife and daughters some jewelry from Canada (things she bought over the years that she wants to pass on before she passes away :) ).
Declared value was $250. I got a bill from FedEx for duties of ~$170. 🫠
Saturday Morning Coffee:
"Netflix is ultimately the big winner here. They get to save billions of dollars for content creation and lure Paramount into a huge amount of debt"
A great point by Rob, when I heard they called off the deal, this is what I thought too. Did they do it on purpose vs just pulling out initially? https://rob.crabapples.net/2026/02/28/saturday-morning-coffee.html

@beep@follow.ethanmarcotte.com Keep up the posting, even though I had some decent luck with the latest Xcode LLM integration, the code it produced was pretty bad.. and I find myself not 'caring' about the app it wrote..
PS: Also just bought your book from B&N :)
