Processing my photos after taking them is usually the most tedious part of #photography and the part that I avoid like the plague. Though... the more I do it, the more I learn about #darktable and the more I consider it another layer of the creative process. Lately, it's actually been satisfying to see a photo reach even greater potential, even if it's only step by step.
I posted some new photos on my photography account. Over here!

I just recently got a new camera and a macro lens. I'm still playing around with them, but I think I can get some really good photos.

I went to a Bic Camera to check out new cameras in person, but man, those price stickers are absurd. Especially if I just look online and compare the prices there. :blobcatmeltcry:
Now that I've taken a million photos, it's time to sift through several hundred, mostly-similar shots to see which one is even worth processing in #darktable :blobcatmeltcry:

I am going to be posting more photos on my Pixelfed account over here: https://px.tosk.in/lehi
It's finally starting to get warm after a pretty decent winter. I'm in love with snowboarding, but going outside in a t-shirt and not having to worry about freezing is nice.
I just realized that I'm still burned out from getting my Bachelor's degree and I've been in a slump ever since --- and that was almost 5 years ago! That being said, I _could_ enroll for a Master's program... :ablobcat_frustration:
