Well let’s not say anything too outrageous here. They need to be tried in a court first, convicted, which should be a slam dunk, then imprisoned for life or executed. We still have laws, its just that no one has been following those laws-- from either party, or in the supreme court, so we’ll need the ICC’s help to sort this especially as it involves crimes against humanity.
