I really need to find a job I don’t hate before I retire.

I felt a tad bit targeted reading this article. I’m definitely in the “closing the rings” cult, letting sunlight hit my corneas as early as possible as Daddy Hubby commands, and have been increasing my running mileage. I am, without a doubt, healthier, but there is a dark side to all of this. So yeah, I don’t have a ton of friends and I have cut down on alcohol. I’m just not at the level of obsession (I think and hope) that Thompson is naming as the Enhanced Self.

Email overflow problems at work is one of the most “first world problems” of the 21st century. I’m sorry, but I have zero sympathy for people whose main cause of stress at work is email. Then again, most of my jobs have been utter shit jobs, even the desk jobs.
