@miyotehew@turtleisland.social FWIW, I was surprised to learn how BIG these birds are! (BIG!)
“Adults are 40 to 49 cm (16 to 19 in) long, span 66 to 75 cm (26 to 30 in) across the wings, and weigh 225 to 400 g (7.9 to 14.1 oz)”

@ghoulpus@xoxo.zone Hey—I found this *fascinating*, and thought you might be interested in comparing it with your own experiences with agents and publishers.

Here’s a friendly cross-reference image in case someone doesn’t recognize the inspirational classic 1889 painting, “The Starry Night” by Vincent van Gogh.

Hiya! I’ve been meaning to ask about the message I get every time I install a new version. Please explain?
"Warning: librewolf has been deprecated because it does not pass the macOS Gatekeeper check! It will be disabled on 2026-09-01.”
——
P.S. I’m on a MacBook Air, latest OS, and do updates via the Terminal app running the Oh My Zsh shell, on the command line, as in:
"brew install --cask librewolf”
BTW, just updated to Librewolf 147.0.4,1.

.@desikn @Emily Note that the YYYY-MM-DD format (also sometimes just YYYYMMDD) is super spreadsheet friendly, and makes sorting a breeze.🌬️ 📆
Personally, in my notes I like tacking a day of week identifier on the end, as in 20250425F, where
M = Monday
T = Tuesday
W = Wednesday
R = Thursday
F = Friday
S = Saturday
U = Sunday

To some, this article may seem to start out kinda slow, but after laying some groundwork, it builds and builds until I literally Laughed Out Loud *TWICE* further in!

@Ananas Toilet demons? Wellllll…
⚠️ CAUTION ADVISED:
You can do a web search for “snakes in toilets” and tap the “images” tab.
…Butt I’d recommend against it. 🫣
