It’s been pretty hectic for me which is forcing me to fall behind and delay things. If updates are slow it is because this week is the final week of a summer course I am teaching, while next week is a prep week for the Fall semester that starts in two weeks.

I wasn't intending to get to *that* aspect of Dani's backstory at this point, but given the confluence of the events and her needing to head into the district office, it just felt like a pressure valve that needed to be cleared. I think I made the right choice.
