Replying to
@willrs@social.vivaldi.net Yes, I asked and it was already on the nova roadmap :) Thanks for the bug report though!
Replying to
@willrs@social.vivaldi.net Accessibility team looped in, thanks!
Replying to
@jplebreton Currently, AI controls are not synced with your Mozilla Account
Replying to
@H0W25 You won't have to go to about:config to disable AI features since there is a panel now to do it in about:preferences with a single click, that's the whole point of this new feature.
Replying to
@simevidas@mastodon.social Feedback back sent to the team, thanks.
Replying to
@H0W25 Given that we give you full control on AI in the browser, I don't see why you would have to switch…

@d3x7r0@mastodon.social On Nightly? This was fixed in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2010941 a week agp. And btw there is no AI involved at all in the address bar autocomplete code :)
Replying to
@H0W25 Maybe you should see if using enterprise policies would not be worth it in your case: https://mozilla.github.io/policy-templates/
Replying to
@pascalduez@mamot.fr @firefoxwebdevs@mastodon.social If the implementation were complete, you wouldn't have to enable flags 😀️ Mind filing a bug ? Thanks https://wiki.mozilla.org/Nightly#Filing_Bugs
Replying to
@d3x7r0@mastodon.social This looks like the same bug which will be included in 148.0 beta 11. The slowness in getting results is not normal though, maybe file a bug if you still experience it with the next beta?
Replying to
@jplebreton This is a work in progress, the Syncing part is not done yet but is in the works by a different team of developers. Rome wasn’t built in a day :)

@gunchleoc You can suggest improvements or alternate designs on our Connect platform in this thread: https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/discussions/try-out-ai-controls-in-firefox-nightly/td-p/117177
