Judge O’Connor stated from the bench that he is giving maximum sentences to the Prairieland sentences because “the state wants to send a message to anyone who shares a similar ideology.”

WANT TO KNOW what really happened at Prairieland Detention Center last July 4th?

The evidence in the Prairieland case has FINALLY been made public, so now you can see for yourself. And BIG SURPRISE - it's NOT what you heard from the government or on the news.

Maricela Rueda is still in segregation. There is still no reason being given to why she is being held there. This is a violation of her right to due process. We refuse to let her sit in a dungeon by herself while she is already bearing the burden of being incarcerated. We ask folks to take some time out of their day on Tuesday, July 28th to call and demand Mari be moved out of segregation and into general population! (1/2)

Episode 2 of WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT PRAIRIELAND

Was a shooter hiding in the woods? Was Benjamin Song seen right outside the woods & near the woods, concealed & lying in wait to ambush ICE officers?

This is what the feds said in their initial complaint, then it was picked up & echoed over & over & over again by the media.

You're smart, so I bet you know the answers!

It's just a short stroll through a few bits of evidence & Google Earth to reach destination truth - so come, walk with us...

🔫 And that one guy who adores screaming, "YOU WILL BE SHOT!" They threaten time and again to shoot the Prairieland Noise Demo attendees, use profanity and demeaning language, throw them to the ground, and mock them. All the while, the Noise Demo attendees are calm and compliant, even when voicing their Constitutional Rights, which of course the Alvarado cops trample as a matter of course.

If you care about the future of encrypted communication, please see this disingenuous & horrific excerpt from Prairieland defendant Janette Goering's arrest warrant affidavit by detective William J. Reilly:

"I know based on my training and experience the individuals who utilize end-to-end encrypted chats to be engaged in criminal activity, whether it be a conspiracy to commit a criminal offense or sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)."

Notary services will be available at dinner, so please bring a copy of your letter and an ID to notarize your letters before submitting them. If you know any of the defendants and they have positively impacted your life, write a character letter on their behalf, and we'll see you Wednesday from 7-9 at All Peoples Church.

9 people were convicted in TX fed court for participation in a protest outside the Prairieland ICE facility in a 1st-ever prosecution in which the DOJ claimed support for so-called “Antifa” constituted “material support for terrorism.”

What can we learn about how the Trump administration is punishing dissent, & where do things go from here?

Hear the POVs of an attorney on the case & someone who attended the federal trial

Do you know Savanna Batten?

Has she positively impacted your life? If so, Savanna asks that you write a character letter on her behalf.
Savanna needs as many letters as possible that testify to her character that can be submitted to the judge at sentencing.
These letters are hugely important for sentencing and appeals. If you want to write a letter, reach out to us via DM or email at dfwsupportcommittee@hacari.com.
These letters have some specific guidelines, so please contact us!

""The reputation of these cases, and the way that the federal government described them, made people run from them,” said Xavier de Janon, lawyer for one of the defendants at the state level and director of mass defense at the National Lawyers Guild. According to de Janon, the fact that there was a gun present and that the black bloc participants did not conform to certain standards of respectable activism made this case seem unsavory or too risky to support."

Dario rejected that offer in solidarity with the other defendants, and it only reveals that these cases are too weak to stand on their own. Dario’s lawyers can respond to the alleged conflict of interest at a hearing on May 22. Even though Dario’s trial was ultimately moved to June 22, we know that kicking someone from a group chat is not a crime. Please, join us on June 22. Court notes can be seen at https://prairielanddefendants.com/court-notes/april-13-pretrial-hearing/

Pretrial Hearing: Continuance Granted, Prosecution Admonished for Delays - Support the Prairieland Defendants

The prosecution requested a 30 day extension to provide their response to the defense’s brief in support of their motion to quash. This request was granted by the judge, who remarked that the defense took 60 days to craft the brief. The judge dismissed the motion for a privilege log, and a new trial date of June 22nd was set. The prosecution alleged a conflict of interest between Dario and Janette, who share a law firm, and offered Dario immunity to testify against Janette.

The state had refused to provide communication between the prosecution and the detective, claiming privileged information. The defense requested a privilege log explaining what communication was privileged, and the judge dismissed the request without hearing any arguments. The prosecution attempted to have Dario’s lawyers disqualified for representing both him and Janette Goering, and they tried to fabricate a conflict of interest by offering him immunity if he testified against Janette.
