You had a good run Tim Cook, and you oversaw some incredible growth and life changing product launches. You know what they say though, you're only as good as the last fascist you openly supported ... 👋

@nixCraft@mastodon.social I agree with the sentiment of this popping, but with so much money tied into it now in the markets I imagine a crash would be really damaging for everyone. Though I don't really know that much about how all this stuff works to be honest.

@neatnik@social.lol stop making lies up about the people he works with will you?! My goodness! Ignore the fact the statements are easily provable and have been shared 😂 fully paid up member of the 'alternative facts' crowd.
Star Wars Outlaws in only £15 on Steam? That's gotta be worth a punt at that price, right?!

Who doesn't want to sail the seas with your pirate mates, singing sea shanties?!
Upgrade running an ad for an AI tool designed to fix your AI generated code. Genius …
I think reading The Dark Tower series years ago may have broken me and my ability to enjoy a book series again. Nothing has hit quite like it since.
I watched the Michael movie. It was good, with excellent acting, but did feel like a Wikipedia article made into a film. Extremely top level and, as you can imagine, skimmed over a heck of a lot.
Also, the amount of grown adults that seemingly can’t sit still and shut the f*ck up for 2 hours is truly staggering.
I know the Royal Family don’t seem to have many fans these days, but I don’t envy King Charles having to spend the next few days with Trump. The level of lip biting will be next level.
Cool to see Joanna Stern going off to start a new blogging / video project / business. Shame the site doesn’t seem to have an RSS feed, though. I never remember to actually visit a blog directly these days https://thenewthings.com/

@gedeonm@mastodon.social Big strong Trumpypants sounds absolutely terrified as well. Absolute stain of a man. Let's just hope we all live to see him long gone and forgotten soon.
So you can make buying something hard to get online nice and easy, hey? Valve at it again.
Ooh the Xteink 3 shipped! 🎉

Oops, my bad, it looks like this is fake! It does work just fine, however, from what I can see.

@lordsplodge@brettspiel.space there are people happily uploading their medical data to it and getting advice as well!! Eek
I’m so old I genuinely can’t remember if I actually saw the famous killing of Lord British in Ultima Online in person, or if I’ve just seen so many clips of it over the years I’ve built a false memory of it 🤔

@Knightky@mstdn.games just don't think you're into it and pay for 1 month because, possibly obviously, there is no going back to the free trial.
Holy shiteballs, Warframe may just be my favourite game of all time. Even without context the announcement trailer for the next update goes *hard* https://youtu.be/ANEVlCEpRaA?si=aNT_aHT6317P8-Zh

@castropodcasts@mastodon.social ahh, ok, thank you. It's been great having it there already so looking forward to seeing it improve. I hope the Android market is worth the effort for you and the team. Thanks for working on it.

@neatnik@social.lol oh dear, I feel I may be responsible, in a big way, for the low overall stats. Oops I will address this moving forward!
I’ve been looking at App Store icons, for inspiration and the trend at the moment is so plain and overly simplistic. I’d not noticed how ‘samey’ everything looks. I suppose the tinting feature on iOS has driven people to have to use something quite simple.

@lordsplodge@brettspiel.space every hand may vary, but it actually felt really nice in the hand to be honest. It'd very thin and light which helps.

@maique@social.lol ah, that’s a shame, though not unexpected. I think Kagi just use the cheaper models from the main providers for their AI stuff, don’t they?

@neatnik@social.lol I feel like I’m going to have to analyse every post you / anyone posts from now to eternity. Thanks for this! 😂

@castropodcasts@mastodon.social Great stuff, thank you! Are there any updates for the Android app as yet? I downloading the (excellent) beta but I’m not sure how to update it, if there has been any updates.
