Well, as usual, vagueness is a great shield and a good platform to radicalise people. Obviously, a collective of people will place the marker for “exaggerated leftist views” on different places. So you will see all kind of markers. But as usual, the propaganda material is selected, so the misogynist will look for misandrists (or a supercut that create the impression of misandry) with the “social justice warrior” optics (obviously, we are talking about the distorted perception of sjw present in misogynistic circles) Obviously the views of people (or the distorted version created by a supercut) tend to be quite outrageous, as it should be for “good” propaganda. Then calling these views leftist, makes the propaganda work. As now, unaware people will confirm that the views are leftist, as they assume that is what it is about. when in reality, the seemingly misandrist view is obviously not leftist, as misandry is sexism.

Even if you missed that, you probably picked up that it is against war and imperialism.

That is nonsense. The left was coined by its opposition to the monarchy while the right supported it. So left has been currently and historically speaking in opposition of hierarchies and in favor of equality. The right consequently has been in favor of hierarchies.

Superior to what? Other AIs? Well, OpenAI got the job after Anthropic rejected the government over safety concerns. That doesn't sound superior.

Weird example but ok. And no, it is not only historical. I stated that in my original comment and I invite you to look at left wing politics but some "left wing" politician's position on some random issue, but a widely supported position by the left wing community. You will see that they are all in opposition of hierarchy. But let's take your weirdly racist example, where is the hierarchy?

I think you are right and yet so wrong. My problems with ai aren't unique and I am no special snowflake who see through the matrix while everyone else is distracted. I am just a dude. I really doubt that the points tell I will bring up, is anything boring as generic arguments against ai. My problem with data theft is not based on the concern that artists has the rights on their work. I want them rewarded for your labor but in this case, it is not my primary issue. It is the hypocritical nature of company entirely based in IP law stealing IP protected work. I hate that the system is not ripping them into piece like Nintendo rips an online super smash tournament into pieces. It is so obviously "rules for thee, not for me". You can claim that capitalism is causing that but I really don't think capitalism requires this shit. Sure the rich and powerful are rich and powerful in capitalism because of capitalism, but special pledging for the elite existed in every system we have tried. I hate ai because people invest in the dumbest applications for it. LLM are trash. Voice cloner??? Wtf. Image generation? Why?? But for medical applications in which we have comparably amazing clean data, let's invest into that a little bit. But x billions into LLMs please. I hate ai because the most brain dead application gets the most usage and people will tell you how it is bad but use it anyway. Then they obviously don't have the computing power to run a decent local model and just pipe any personal or confidential information into the online service that tells you that the data will be used for training, so it can be leaking back out to other people. I hate ai because it is literally everything bad about society (e.g. nonconsental nudes) and tech (e.g. data collectors) and their interaction.

I think all of these actions are morally wrong but could you tell me how they are objective and not subjective? A reasonable person seems to be a person and consequently fundamentally subjective.

I feel like people don’t think half a step ahead. The children that these parents are taking care of, will probably grow up and work. Their work will allow our retirement. People without children just don’t provide the same utility to the society. We need “young people” and if we are unwilling to invest in that, we won’t have them. And then we all moan about lack of social safe nets and pension safety.

Billionaires are the problem and we need children for e.g. pensions. The labour needs to be done. People without children aren’t the problem, or the enemy. But they can’t expect the same treatment as people with children. As people with children provide more to society.

You aren’t listening. The labour needs to be done. Who cares about money? When you are 80 yrs old, who will be your doctor? Who will work the fields for your food? Who will provide you any services? Any products? Anything? You will need young people and they don’t come from nowhere.
