We didn't do Friday-at-home #cocktails yesterday, because reasons - but never fear! We can do Saturday-at-home just as well. So tonight we're having margaritas. Cheers!

A coolman is half cloudy apple juice, a quarter vodka, and a quarter cointreau, plus just a bit of lemon juice. Nice - fruity but not sweet.

A dry orange martini is gin, dry vermouth, and cointreau, in a 6:2:1 ratio, with a couple of dashes of orange bitters. Lovely. And strong.
