It really shouldn’t be hard to make. Im typing this on one and there really is just the back with screws which could be tricky, but a replaceable gasket should do the trick even if it isn’t going to survive a few meters of water.

They’re already doing it. They call it distilling when they take it from another llm. Pretty sure most content was already stolen in the early days and they now rely on distillation and stealing new content.
