@faithisleaping@anarres.family @sashag@anarres.family Christian morality is a horrible thing, and unplumbing it seems like a lot of work. For me, I think the stark hypocrisy and deliberate misleading by a couple of church ministers helped enormously to kill off my faith. The fact that no-one who knew what the situation was bothered to do anything about this didn't help either.
That was before I started figuring out myself.

@faithisleaping@anarres.family @sashag@anarres.family I'm pretty sure I could have been quite transphobic back then. That closet does nasty things.

@Natasha_Jay it's even possible to imprint diffraction grating (super fine lines that look holographic) on chocolate, so a record isn't so far fetched. Good on her for actually doing it.

@mikecox@mastodon.iow.social @mttaggart@infosec.exchange and if you didn't have access to a phone (because they were in locked rooms), it isn't exactly difficult to strip the sheath from a phone cable and tap the cable to get access.

@s0@cathode.church and as a huge bonus, cables unroll without tangling. For those not familiar, it means you can throw the cable holding onto the end or pull on the end of the cable without unwinding and you don't (usually) get tangles.

@wainjoe@mindly.social I so wish that was true. Having to deal with a highly manipulative unpleasent family member who uses the blanket of depression (and other health concerns) to minimise the consequences of their actions taught me that some people do indeed fake depression (and cancer and heart conditions). I would be kind first, but also not clueless that a small number of folks will use what they can to abuse and control others.

@jollymnemonic @Natasha_Jay I don't think you could do this with chocolate alone. Potentially if you could plate the chocolate with something reflective I guess? Perhaps silver as it would potentially still be edible?
