ALL FORMS OF SURROGACY MUST BE STOPPED but likely despite the massive abuse associated it, they will try 'regulations' instead of abolishing it like they do with most forms of abuse towards women and children.

ALL WOMEN, should stop cooperating with this horror. I'd like to say men too but they never listen to women even when their own futures are at stake.

A Mansion Full of Surrogate Children Belongs to a Former Xinjiang Lawmaker, in an L.A. Suburb Where Separate Beijing Influence, Crime and Intelligence Cases Keep Surfacing

Oct 7, 2026

Photo illustration: Guojun Xuan and Silvia Zhang appear at left in court, with the Arcadia mansion behind them. At upper right, a 2022 photo posted by China researcher Byron Wan shows Xuan shaking hands with former mayor Eileen Wang. Lower panels reference City of El Monte civil allegations involving gambling, narcotics and Haoren “Dragon” Ma. Wang resigned and pleaded guilty to acting as an illegal agent of the People’s Republic of China

ARCADIA, California — Prosecutors say about 32 motion-activated cameras recorded video and audio throughout a 10,287-square-foot mansion in this Los Angeles suburb, a city that has repeatedly surfaced in recent investigations into alleged Chinese government influence, foreign-agent activity and intelligence collection.

They say the couple who lived there directed multiple nannies to physically discipline their many children, some as young as 2 months old. The nannies struck toddlers with shoes and wooden sticks, according to the complaint.

On Tuesday, Guojun Xuan, 66, and Silvia Shasha Zhang, 39, were arraigned in a Pasadena courthouse on felony charges of conspiracy to commit child abuse. Xuan also faces a separate felony count of child abuse. Both were charged as accessories after the fact, accused of helping a nanny, Chunmei Li, avoid arrest. Li fled to China and is wanted on an outstanding warrant. A judge set bail at $20 million for each defendant. The couple pleaded not guilty.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman described the home as a “house of horrors.” He said the parentage of the surrogate children and the couple’s motive for having so many of them are still under investigation.

The surrogacy operation was reportedly run from the mansion itself.

In 2021, the couple set up Mark Surrogacy Investment LLC and used it to recruit surrogates nationwide, often giving them false information. Surrogates were typically paid $65,000 to $100,000 per child, according to the complaint. Hochman said one surrogate was paid $135,000. The couple have 27 children in total, according to The New Yorker. Zhang told The Wall Street Journal last year: “We never sell our babies.”

The Wall Street Journal placed the Arcadia case in the broader context of Chinese demand for U.S. surrogacy, citing Emory University research showing that 32 percent of U.S. gestational-carrier embryo-transfer cycles between 2014 and 2020 involved international intended parents, 41.7 percent of whom were from China. The Journal noted that some American surrogacy agencies marketing to Chinese clients explicitly promote U.S. citizenship for the newborns as a benefit.

The case has also drawn scrutiny to Xuan’s broader business and property network.

Separate from the Arcadia mansion, a commercial complex he managed in El Monte has been cited in a civil complaint filed by the city. That claim alleges illegal gambling and narcotics activity, describes cash, drugs and firearms recovered during police searches, and links the property to a convicted immigration-fraud ringleader.

Against that backdrop, prosecutors say searches of Xuan’s palatial Arcadia home uncovered signs of extraordinary wealth and a sprawling financial footprint.

In court, a deputy district attorney said detectives found antique sculptures, cash and millions of dollars’ worth of alcohol. Prosecutors also described records tied to 200 bank accounts and 70 corporate accounts, along with multiple real and allegedly fake passports.

Mitchell Krems, Xuan’s lawyer, told reporters that his client had never abused a child. Krems said the case would not draw this kind of attention if “they weren’t Chinese.”

Xuan’s past in China raises questions of its own.

A 2025 investigation by Philip Lenczycki of the Daily Caller News Foundation drew on Chinese state media and government records. It found that Xuan entered the Urumqi Municipal People’s Congress in 1997, and in 2008 he also took a seat in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region People’s Congress.

The Chinese outlet Sina identified him as general secretary of a Xinjiang refrigeration company. The Daily Caller investigation also traced Xuan into the Chinese Communist Party’s United Front system through the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. At its 2017 conference in Urumqi, it listed Xuan as an executive committee member of its Xinjiang branch. Researchers at the Jamestown Foundation have documented how such bodies can operate under a dual “chamber of commerce” identity that obscures their ties to the state.

In California, Xuan’s roles have been publicly announced by chamber organizations themselves. ...

How did all of western society go from hating terrorists to loving their evil hearts? Surely they have no fucking clue about how much Islamists hate.

What a sick POS. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/sep/22/clavicular-charged-rape-drugging These are the things that lawmakers don't care about. Or they have the dumb idea that censoring ALL of us will somehow deal with this level of hate. I guess the only way is for people to have to redevelop the stomach for the kind of punishment and containment that seems to be the only thing that works. Meanwhile we have people who feel so terribly sorry for the worst kind of criminals that they free them to go out and take cooking classes when they aren't shoving them in women's prisons. But who really cares about women and kids safety when there's money to be made by raising taxes and laundering whatever underhanded cash you can get your hands on all the while insisting on 'trading' with countries with the most despicable human rights records ever.

Rotary etc. I'm sure men have plenty of other ways of meeting in secret to plot their takedowns of humanity while getting stinking rich. But they complain bitterly that women are taking over ALL OF MEN'S THINGS. WHO would want to be a part of their bullshit? And so it goes unmonitored and men are free to go on destroying as much of the planet as possible while claiming that women aren't doing our duty having a load of kids and spending all day taking care of kids and men.

@ChasingWaterfalls@spinster.xyz OMG the retardation is off the charts these days. It's so ironic considering that we have more information at our fingertips than ever before. I love it and am constantly looking up various things. I try to get a balanced view but naturally have my prejudices and blind spots - I try to overcome those too. The people who exchange one religion for another are especially annoying. But most people can't seem to cope with the idea that nothing is ordained and we are no more special than the star stuff and bacteria we descend from. But also that start stuff and bacteria are amazing in and of themselves and we don't need imaginary gods to make them wonderful. So it's frustrating in many ways trying to talk to people who refuse to use the very medium we are all hooked up to, then accuse you of being the retarded one. I also hate the way people make assumptions about total strangers and start accusing you of things you'd never dreamed of. This idea that some people are above and beyond human because of accidents of birth such as skin tone and the country they happened to be born in is such BS it makes me heave.

@Kuenga@spinster.xyz I don't know if you remember during convid, at least in Canada and the USA, there were a lot of Xians AGAINST the scam and the shots who insisted it was wrong 'BECAUSE we are Xian nations, founded by Xians'. For some reason I found that hard to believe though it's true that a lot of the first ppl to come here from Europe were Xians because that's what most people were then. So I started looking up stuff about the founders. I found that they were often called 'men of the Enlightenment' and many of them were Masons. Masonry seems to me one of those things men like to do which starts out with some pretty good practical ideas then gets corrupted as all the members seek to rise to the top and use their positions for their own gain. So some pretty sinister things happen. There are tons of these kinds of groups which is why men get so testy when they start worrying about women of invading and taking over their things (even though we aren't). They don't want us to know the sinister stuff and how they use their power for bad. Reminds me of how troons have so many of their own orgs and kick women out of OUR own online circles among other things.

@toerzechowski No I didn't know that. I haven't looked much at that source. I'm sure my sources are quite limited since China has some of the most extreme censorship in the world. I only hope that those Chinese people who are suffering are able to tell the world what's really going on. And like anywhere else it has a class system it pretends not to have and it is always the poor and the non-Han and non-party members who have it the worst. Until recently as Canada has become more and more entangled with China, I haven't made a point of looking. It's been a long build up of suspicious things over much of my lifetime that finally made me realise I can't keep ignoring it - but what can we do? China has recently extended its censorship laws beyond its borders so likely it will get harder and harder to find out the truth.

@ChasingWaterfalls@spinster.xyz @TriptychTwinsRidesAgain@spinster.xyz It's so frustrating that our so-called democracies aren't 'working' as we are promised. I blame GREED and sick pathetic disgusting men predominantly. I don't understand why anyone in the west would elect a Muslim or Muslim-inclined mayor or other rep. These voters CANNOT have any understanding of the cult or they would not. I sort of understand why so many won't vote but that's the LEAST we can do for the privilege of living in countries that aren't ruled by total DICKtators. It's one of the things about democracy - if only a few actually participate, all the benefits disappear and you get insanely powerful narcissists like Trump with a few good ideas to please the masses (with plenty more for the already rich) or CARNAGE, a dickhead of the first order who's simply there to pull the wool over our eyes while doing nothing but siphoning off our great-grandchildren's fortunes and growing his own corporation which he deliberately moved to the USA once he found out Trump was going to institute tariffs contradictory to the trade agreement. But Carney is such a psycho, he himself has vilified Trump and kept up the secrecy between them to encourage everyone to make the USA the enemy though we have almost always been friends AND our greatest trading partners. We literally cannot do without each other but Carney and now others have decided hate is the way to make people 'love' them. SICKOS! Thing is, it doesn't take much to figure out whether a person would make a good leader - the problem is that we have so many 'volunteers' who have no intention of doing anything good or right when they get themselves elected, often by some form of deceit. There should be much more stringent criteria for anyone running for public office than that 'they want to'. For example, the fact is that the difference in the number of votes cast for the LIEberals VS the Conservatives was only a matter of (if I recall correctly) a couple of percentage points. There was so much propaganda flying around though that people really believed they were doing the right thing by voting for Carney when in fact he'd already proven multiple times that he was out for no one but himself and he loved destroying economies whereas the Con guy Poilievre is Con light and the only candidate who's on the side of women among others things like actually developing our resources so we can continue to live half decent lives! Ain't democracy grand!?!?

BREAKING (from September 25, 2026) - Secret Chinese Gestapo UNLEASHED on Americans During Trump-Xi Jinping https://youtube.com/live/Ew5igWMd248 CCP demonstrators are PAID and receive food and accommodation to attend. Note they use some of the same techniques used by troons to disrupt the Chinese Americans who are demonstrating peacefully for freedom - like trying to hide them with umbrellas and wearing masks. (Seems like another case of trannies copying or siding with totalitarian regimes.) This is actually SHOCKING - that Chinese 'security' are allowed to grab and beat up American freedom protesters. North Americans need to know about all the countries and especially the ones who are actually and seriously a danger to us and the evidence is all here. The more I look into this the more sinister it appears. They show it's happening in Canada too. Sorry no reliable news found easily for this incident so I picked the least biased - yes it's the Epoch Times, owned by the Falun Gong. OH NOES: https://www.theepochtimes.com/world/stop-transnational-repression-community-leaders-condemn-attack-on-falun-gong-practitioner-outside-chinese-consulate-in-toronto-6094577 Apparent Chinese staffer (with lil Chinese flag on his jacket) attacks Canadian older female demonstrator's banner, then attacks her repeatedly while onlookers tell him to stop. @ChasingWaterfalls@spinster.xyz It's insane how much propaganda is going around these days and also how easy it is to believe it. It's interesting that Trump was one of the loudest voices against what he called 'fake news' and yet how little has been effective in getting rid of it because we are 'free countries'. (Meanwhile Carnage keeps demanding fake bills pretending to get rid of fake news which are actually designed to make us less free.) And no, there is nothing intrinsically wrong with wanting to make one's country great. Unfortunately that campaign ended up building more layers of propaganda in multiple countries as the cult of personality (so popular in China and many other countries, like ours) built up around Trump. Then of course so many felt the need to take him down even though a lot of what he's doing is quite reasonable - I mostly know from looking at the surface of things. It's hard to dig deeply into the politics of a country not my own even though I lived in both Hawaii (as a kid) and Texas (in later life) for several years. As for Dingo boy in my OP, I found out he wears that ugly mask because he's received so many death threats from people who BELIEVE Islam is JUST FINE - but they too only look at the surface of things. As for Islam, it's not only a crock but an evil one, in which everyone is told to kill everyone but Muslims, then only the 'right' kind of Muslim which does not include women who've devoted their lives to it.

Few of them do any of the things they've promised and most refuse to be held to account. It's a power game in which they've forgotten their original purpose. Masonry is one of many conflicts that politicians and other powerful people exist in. And because they try and keep it secret, there will always be speculation and BS about it while a tiny bit of the truth filters through.

The pathetic reality of living in a 'free country', British Columbia, Canuckistan https://www.kraydensrightnews.com/p/david-eby-is-exploiting-the-bc-conservatives Now that sadly First Nations elder and MLA Joan Philips (of the NDP) has died, her riding, one of the few left that are solid NDP will be up for grabs. It'll be interesting (and awful) to see who's going to take over the second downtownish area of Vancouver where I happen to live. The irony is extreme consider how hard I campaigned for around 20 yrs to make this riding NDP.

David Eby is Exploiting the BC Conservative Party’s Leadership Coup With Another Moronic “Elbows Up” Election Campaign

Eby is an amoral politician, ravenously power-hungry and shamelessly seeking another mandate to utterly destroy BC

Why won’t Canada deport high-risk non-citizen criminals?

Apparently it's the votes but there's more to it than that.

@Sherri_Ingrey@spinster.xyz No, actually I'd never heard of him until now. What a complete pos. Not at all surprising. I hope he has an even more unpleasant life. It's absolutely amazing how men keep making up ever more ridiculous bullshit about what they think is going to make them attractive rather than actually listening to women.

What's been happening in BC for the past roughly twenty years will continue if David Eby's propaganda works (copied from email sent by Juno News, kind of an ad for donations for itself, not that I think this is untrue) Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt: How they plan to re-elect David Eby Here are the details you need. Sep 25, 2016 Watch the next two weeks of coverage out of Victoria and you will see the plan. Government-funded newsrooms will protect David Eby and Mark Carney. They will write the BC Conservatives as being dangerous. It is not complicated: it is Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt. David Eby governs with a one-seat majority. He thinks the split on the right is a better ballot question than his own record. That’s why he called this election. The drug policy that turned downtowns into open markets started in BC. The housing math that made a starter home a fantasy started here. The pipeline files that decide whether Western energy ever reaches a tidewater port are decided here. The ports that move precursor chemicals and finished fentanyl sit here. When Ottawa talks about immigration targets it will not cut, the overflow shows up in BC shelters first. Mark Carney needs David Eby. A safe NDP government on the coast is a partner on climate rules, on energy delay, and on the story that Western frustration is a temperament problem instead of a policy one. Taxpayer-funded national outlets have an interest in that story holding. So here is how the coverage will run: The BC Conservative Party will be “embattled,” “far-right,” “unelectable,” “in chaos.” Every defector will get a feature. Eby will be “election-ready,” “stable,” “standing up to Trump.” The deaths, the repeat offenders, the closed emergency rooms, the projects that never get built, the things that actually affect you and your family – those will be context, if they appear at all. That is FUD. It is designed to make conservative voters stay home, or peel off, or decide the whole thing is too messy to touch. And it is spread by newsrooms that work for the government. Juno does not. We want a Juno reporter in BC following both leaders. Not embedded with a party, or recycling the CBC pool. On the ground, asking the questions the funded outlets will not ask Eby. The goal is $20,000. That puts a trusted, independent reporter in the province for the campaign. If you live in BC, this is your government. If you live in Alberta, this is the government that can still kill the projects your province needs. Either way, you should not have to watch it through a filter paid for in Ottawa. Put Juno on the ground.

Full of antidepressants and antipsychotics and painkillers! Horrible. Poor Hayden, only THIRTY -SIX! https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/hayden-panettiere-s-cause-of-death-revealed/ That these drugs have any actual benefits is dubious. Then there's the debate as to whether Canuckistan should keep our extremely ineffective and expensive Senate:m https://www.junonews.com/p/unelected-senators-rack-up-185m-globetrotting

Does their mandate actually include globetrotting on the public dime?

Senators nearly doubled travel spending in two years, sticking taxpayers with bills for virtual meetings, sightseeing, pricey dinners and trips already attended by MPs.

Fraud galore in BC, Ontario and Sask: A Markham Mailbox and a Spoofed Construction Firm: How a B.C. Coal Terminal Traced an Alleged $6.2 Million Fraud Into an Apparent Chinese Money Laundering Network Spanning Canada's Biggest Banks Gold and silver bars, a Markham stripmall and a roofing company that appears only on paper: The Bureau follows the money trail Westshore's lawyers uncovered through Canada's five biggest banks. Sam Cooper Sep 25 2026 Preview only VANCOUVER — For weeks this winter, the company that operates a coal terminal in the Port of Vancouver believed it was paying millions to the contractor building its new potash export facility. Like many elderly victims across North America taken in by spoofed emails and phantom investment deals, Westshore Terminals had been scammed. According to a sprawling file in the Supreme Court of British Columbia reviewed by The Bureau, Westshore alleges the $6.2 million was going instead to a numbered company registered at a PostNet store that rents mailboxes in Markham, Ontario. Company records list its director as Jiaying Liu, a person whose identity Westshore’s lawyers told the court they were still trying to establish. The victim, a pillar of Canada’s resource export economy, is no ordinary company. Westshore operates the largest coal-loading facility on the west coast of the Americas, shipping Canadian and American coal to steelmakers and power plants in Asia. It is also building a terminal, funded by BHP with an initial $1 billion, that will carry potash, the crop nutrient on which much of the world’s food supply depends, from the mining giant’s mine in Saskatchewan to overseas markets, due for completion in 2027. Westshore Terminals is affiliated with Westshore Terminals Investment Corp., in which British Columbia billionaire Jim Pattison held about 47 percent of the shares, according to the company’s May 2025 management information circular. The fraudsters, the lawsuit alleges, intercepted payments owed to the Westshore construction contractor building its potash shipping infrastructure. What Westshore uncovered as it forced Canadian banks to open their records is laid out in hundreds of pages of filings reviewed by The Bureau. The filings trace the money through seven numbered companies, a Calgary bullion dealer and personal accounts at all five of Canada's largest banks, held by more than 20 people with Chinese names, and to a string of addresses across the Toronto suburbs of Markham, Scarborough, Richmond Hill and North York. The structure they describe closely matches the Chinese professional money laundering methods that Canada’s financial intelligence agency described in a 2023 alert on underground banking networks tied to China and Hong Kong, and it points toward global money movements far larger than one fraud. Westshore alleges that fraudsters impersonating employees of its contractor, Kingston Construction Ltd., diverted $6,218,200 into a TD Bank account in Markham held by 17549041 Canada Inc., a federal numbered company incorporated in December 2025. The claim describes Jiaying Liu as the company’s “director and controlling mind.” The scheme itself was simple, but appears to have employed significant cyber-scam capabilities. In January, Westshore began receiving messages from addresses that closely resembled those of its contractor, but the fakes added a single letter to the email address. Westshore “did not notice that the email addresses were slightly different,” its lawyers told the court. The messages said Kingston had changed its banking details. They claimed Kingston was not receiving Westshore’s emails, a ruse that let the senders bypass Westshore’s usual system for updating payment details. And they supplied a TD account number. At the same time, the claim alleges, fake addresses in the names of Westshore employees were used to intercept communications with Kingston, so the two companies would not compare notes. Between January 26 and February 12, Westshore sent four payments. When its bank called to verify them on February 18, the senders were already steering future payments to a new account at Scotiabank. Westshore discovered the fraud the next day and reported it to the Delta Police Department. What followed reads less like a collections case than a detective story. Court orders obtained by Westshore’s lawyers forced TD, and then four more of Canada’s biggest banks, to open their records. What those records showed was a money network shaped like a river delta, or what auditors might call a “flow-through” structure: one large stream in, and smaller channels branching out in every direction. Funds transferred into the TD account registered to a Markham strip mall postal box quickly scattered out to many different accounts held by different companies and people under more than a dozen Chinese names. By early March, less than $500,000 remained in the account. About $1.44 million had gone to Silver Gold Bull Inc., a Calgary bullion dealer. Some had been spent on credit cards and at Costco. The rest had moved by cheque and bank draft into four Ontario numbered companies, all incorporated in 2025. From there it flowed into the personal accounts of their directors and others, at TD, the Royal Bank of Canada, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, the Bank of Montreal and Scotiabank, in branches across Markham, Scarborough, Richmond Hill and North York. The account had also received small deposits on January 14 and 20, before the fraud began, from another account at the same branch that “may be connected to the defendants.” The bullion dealer and the banks are not accused of wrongdoing. None of Westshore’s allegations have been proven in court. The alleged Westshore fraud scheme ran under a construction front, resembling a U.S. federal case The Bureau reported in August from Orlando, Florida. There, prosecutors allege, a cell of Chinese nationals used newly registered companies with builders’ names, but no permits, payroll or construction materials, to collect elderly victims’ savings and wire them to banks in Hong Kong. A 2019 fraud against the City of Saskatoon ran much the same way. Someone impersonating the chief financial officer of Allan Construction, a city contractor, emailed staff new banking details and redirected about $1.04 million. Within days an Ontario judge froze money in several bank accounts, and the city recovered its funds. The Bureau traced some network actors into an apparent web of bank accounts and currency traders in Toronto. Follow one artery from the bank account registered to the Markham mailbox, and it splits again, into veins and then capillaries... (end of free portion of article)
