The office of the Celestial Emperor is currently unoccupied, has been since 1911, and will remain as such for as long as China is committed to keeping the imperial monarchy abolished, but such has been the way of things for thousands of years. So I see no reason to change it.

If you wish to visit Mexico, I suggest you take the western route, from Vancouver to La Paz or Mazatlán. At all costs avoid the overland route through Dumbfuckistan. Coastal Washington, Oregon, and Alta California still love you, but they are under siege in their eastern counties by a tidal wave of Dumbfuckistanis, and safe passage cannot be guaranteed.

One the way home, as I went through U.S. Customs (they had some at the Vancouver airport for convenience), they asked me if I was a U.S. citizen. After a week with Canadian friends, I almost said, "Sure am, eh."
