  Question for #Bookstodon .... I'm looking to migrate away from Goodreads (luckily I didn't get too far into using it). Hoping for something very open/non-corporate. Thoughts on #Bookwyrm vs #Openlibrary ? Bookwyrm seems to be missing a lot of books. And the work to add them seems a waste when I can go upstream to OpenLibrary.   Beginning soon another round of Toy Purge. The #kids are getting older & the sets of #toys they still play with are less & less. I've been through so many iterations of toy storage as a parent. I *desperately* wanted these aesthetically pleasing fabric storage cubes to work out. I have 2 of the 3x3 bookcases for them. But they didn't last long with 3 rough boys & heavy toys inside. #parenting

  @claytribune@mastodon.social Honestly we went a little nuts with side quests. We did everything except the Companion quests (maybe a tiny bit of the early parts because we were already in the relevant places). Because it took so long to find time to play... the plot kinda got lost in the weeds. I wish we had skipped most side quests & done the campanions instead - but we were already modding it for 5 players & companions were saved for everyone to do solo. But who wants more at this poi...

  It's absolute nonsense & abelist to-boot when #GameDev folks decide handicapping the in-game map adds realism. In real life I can walk up to a person & ask "Hey I heard a farmer around here is getting hassled by goblins?" and they will either point the way to it, or to someone who knows. Maps too are SUPER easy to get, even pre-GPS era. Also our minds are better at mentally mapping a region we are living in vs seeing on a screen. https://www.ign.com/articles/warlock-dun...
