  @not2b @JeffGrigg @georgetakei right, and clip pedels have got many young people the same way. I think falling off the bike and getting back up at his age is a testament to his health. Small falls can kill aged people all the time.

  @jasonkoebler I'm a paying youtube user. I run ublock origin in Firefox. Lately my entire Firefox freeze for a few seconds when a video starts. I wonder if its related. It does make me want to stop paying if it is.

  @jamesshore I found your post thoughtful and well reasoned. The product bets idea seems great. One point I'd like to ask you about is the framing around fixing bugs not being value-add for users and customers. Businesses lose users and customers over bugs and don’t I remember people saying “...cheaper to keep customers than new ones.” I suppose the whole “A Fatal Flaw” section is a bit of a counter point.

  @jamesshore It does leave you with the "A Fatal Flaw" issue. Maybe more metrics around bugs: How many? How long? How much value do they block? (subjective estimates here again) If plotted over time, any positive slope here would show gaming the other metrics.

  @c_dan4th @jeffjarvis he's for sure talking to nytimes. They are constantly being quite soft on calling the current administration fascist or authoritarian, when that is exactly what they are.
