  Seriously, most of the shit trans girls go through growing up is because we DON'T absorb male socialization messages and DON'T conform to the expectations of our male peers. It's really getting it twisted to accuse us of "male socialization" when everyone hurt us for not modeling that behavior and older boys and men used sexual violence as a means of punishment and control over us.
