  Fantastic. The iPhone migration process guides you through a bunch of steps and when it starts transferring settings it discovers the new phone doesn’t have enough space and resets itself. Maybe make that the first thing you check? Also the old phone is a 256 GB with 145 GB free and the new one a 128 GB. That ought to work. 🤬

  My launch experience of a new iPhone 17 Pro was that I launched it straight out of the box onto the kitchen tiles from about waist height. Thankfully didn’t hit our cat (prio #1) and only slightly nicked the top right of the frame (of course on the front where I can see it) but at least the screen stayed intact 😅

  You can lament that there aren’t more journalists, artists, politicians on Mastodon. AI folks not so much. You can’t read a news article, listen to a podcast, look through a product description without getting slopped in the face with AI. AI doesn’t need to permeate everything.

  Any pointers for a Mac app to draw simple floor plans? What I'm looking to do is making drawing floor plans for our #TTRPG a little easier.
