My launch experience of a new iPhone 17 Pro was that I launched it straight out of the box onto the kitchen tiles from about waist height. Thankfully didn’t hit our cat (prio #1) and only slightly nicked the top right of the frame (of course on the front where I can see it) but at least the screen stayed intact 😅

@finestructure@mastodon.social 🤣 hate that they went back to aluminum. I moved from titanium to an iPhone 17, dropped it and it immediately shattered the back. The titanium one took that weekly and it’s totally fine
