I've finished Friday the 13th 1 and 2. I'm onto 3. The intro is so 80s .. and the gimmicky obviously shot for 3d elements are veeery distracting.

Stole from TikTok. Put Dire Straights behind anything and I want to kick through a wall and go to war. This is a fight worth fighting. Fuck MAGA. I hope things flip in a big way come next week, inshallah!

Like MUDs back in the day? I played a lot on a Social MUD/MOO (MUD, Object Oriented) that allowed for you to build your own games, commands, rooms and areas, etc. No hacking and fighting - unless it was in a game someone created IN the world. Someone built LORD (Legend of the Red Dragon) and you can play it daily! The Chatting Zone has been around for 30+ years and I still connect and lurk daily. Would love to see some new folks ... usually there are only 3-4 of us. You can connect with your...

It's not often that news of the passing of a celebrity affects me. Robin Williams hit me hard .. and there are a few that will hit me in the future. Today's tears are for Sir Patrick Stewart. He was the Captain that shared the final frontier with me growing up. The Professor who brought comics to life. And he'll be incredibly missed in this world. The good thing is though .. he'll live forever whenever we want to see the joy he brought to the world. Tonight, I...

My #TempusGameIt backfills for the Xbox presence data running is fun to see. I like to split my time between the Xbox when I'm downstairs and the PC upstairs based on what I'm playing. Having insights into my PC gaming has been so fun to watch. Following that up now with Xbox? *chefs kiss* For those that are interested in their own insights, check out https://tempusgameit.com today!

@neatnik@social.lol Admittedly ignorant over all of it. I'm a .NET developer who uses Ubuntu for some selfhost stuff and on a spare laptop to do some dev work when Im mobile. However .. forcing myself to read, understand, and push through the uncomfotable "this really isn't my world, I dont have skin in the game" feeling to make it part of my world, and my problem .. because if it happens here, it expands, grows, festers, is normalized, and becomes everybodys problem. Great p...
