  My oven isn't heating properly... I think the fuse that works the fan has blown. The fan isn't spinning when I set the oven to "fan-forced", but when I reach in and spin it it moves freely so I don't think there's anything caught in it (also, I keep the oven super clean). I've checked the fuses outside, and the oven one hasn't tripped. Changing the fuse in the oven is probably an electrician job, and the super annoying part is...
