Great and glorious #run today. This 155 #SPM felt natural--and I tried to stay focused on form and muscle usage. The results were quite good! -- Average stride length was about the same as pre-injury (1.2m) but within a narrower range. -- Average SPM higher, but also w/in a narrower range. -- Pace was great, considering everything. And my knee is not in pain. Woot! #Running #RunnersOfMastodon

3.4 miles in the park with Riley the #beagle, and then (crunched for time) got in 30 mins on the treadmill plus another 20 mins of stretching and massage-gunning. Happy #Sunday! #run #running #RunnersOfMastodon

Had a good #run this morning, and was surprised -- having only now looked at the data from hours ago -- to see my SPM and stride length details as they are. But what I really want to say is: the weather is making me a little nuts. It was 50 degrees when I went out, except with ~15mph winds, the "feels like" temp was in the 40s. I wound up somewhat overdressed. It wasn't long enough to overheat, just irritating! #running #RunnersOfMastodon
