J'ai lu qu'on pouvait y etre allergique, et donc qu'il fallait faire tres attention a la cuisson Mais j'adore son gout et consistance comme du blanc de poulet. Je crois que ce fût un de mes succedané de viande dans ma periode totallement vegane. Gout et texture, tout y etait. Et juste pour ma culture... je tente de me souvenir de son nom...
