This sounds very much like Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), a symptom ~99% of people with ADHD struggle with (that's the actual estimate ADHD specialists give, not an exaggeration). I suffer with it and have lots of neurodiverse friends, and it's so obvious once you learn about it. For some stupid fucking reason, it's rarely talked about.
